During summer many people have the lack of water in their blood. Health experts recommend to drink a lot of water, eat fresh fruit and not to walk on harsh sun to get rid of problem of dehydration. DR. Satish Kaul of Columbia Asia Hospital, Gurgaon said, “The lack of adequate water conditions in the human body is called dehydration. Sitting in bright sunshine and dusty environment causes vomiting and fever which cause loss of water.”
He recommended to drink enough water to prevent that, and also said that man should eat fresh fruit instead of sweetened beverages. India’s expert Sushita Rao said, melon is rich in antioxidants and water, this fills the felling of thrust and also fills the lack of water in body. Melons contain vitamins A, B and C and minerals like sodium, potassium. It is helpful to absorb heat from the body. He said that plum satisfies thrust and reduces glucose levels. Except that lychee too cools body down.
