सरकारले रोजगारदाता कम्पनीले आउने–जाने हवाई टिकट, प्रवेशाज्ञावापत लाग्ने खर्च ब्यहोर्ने मात्र होइन, कामदारको तलबबाट कुनै अन्य खर्च नकटाउने शर्तमा मात्रै यी देशमा वैदेशिक रोजगारीका लागि नेपाली कामदार पठाउने भएको हो ।
श्रम तथा रोजगार मन्त्रालयले मलेसिया र खाडीका ६ राष्ट्र कतार, बहराइन, साउदी अरब, संयुक्त अरब इमिरेट्स (दुबई), ओमन, कुबेतका लागि निःशुल्क टिकट र प्रवेशाज्ञाको निर्णय गर्दै यससम्बन्धी प्रस्ताव कानुन मन्त्रालयमा पठाएको जानकारी दिएको हो ।
मन्त्रालयमा शुक्रबार आयोजित पत्रकार सम्मेलनमा श्रम राज्यमन्त्री टेकबहादुर गुरुङले उक्त प्रस्ताव कानुन मन्त्रालयबाट छिटै नै स्वीकृत भएर आउने र नेपाल राजपत्रमा सूचना प्रकाशित गरेको पाँच दिनपछि सो व्यवस्था लागू हुने जानकारी दिए ।
उनले निःशुल्क टिकट र प्रवेशाज्ञाको व्यवस्थाले नेपाली कामदारको गन्तव्य मुलुकमा माग कम नहुने बरु झन बढ्ने दाबी गरे । यो व्यवस्थाले कामदारले पनि दुःख नपाउने र माग पनि बढ्ने भएकाले व्यवसायीहरुले पालना गर्ने मन्त्री गुरुङको विश्वास छ ।
नेपालीहरु सबैभन्दा धेरै झन्डै २७ लाख बराबर यिनै मुलुकमा काम गर्दै आएका छन् । त्यसैले यी मुलुकबाट यो व्यवस्था सुरु गरिएको मन्त्रालयले जनाएको छ ।
यो व्यवस्था आवश्यकतानुसार अन्य गन्तब्य मुलुकहरुमा पनि लागू गर्दै जाने सरकारको तयारी छ ।
यस्तै, कामदारले अब यी मुलुकमा जान १० हजार रुपैयाँभन्दा बढी तिर्नुनपर्ने भएको छ । रोजगारदाताले इजाजतपत्रवाला संस्थालाई कामदार आपूर्ति गरेबापत प्रवद्र्धन खर्च/सेवा शुल्क उपलब्ध नगराएको वा नगराउने शर्त रहेको अवस्थामा मात्र १० हजारसम्म सेवा शुल्क लिन पाउनेलगायतका व्यवस्था पनि सरकारले गरेको हो ।
