Early morning breakfast is very important for strength and boost up for health. For a healthy day breakfast is taken.But taking that very breakfast with wrong food then it will create weakness to body.
1.Juice:
Drinking juice in early morning is not accepted as a healthy food for health. Though it is fresh, it is not good . ‘Healthy Panda Dot Net’ says that willing to have a orange juice then squeeze only a single orange. Or, have a mixture of water and orange instead of water
2.Jam and Toast:
Toast with jam is also not good for health and fitness. It contains large carbohydrate and having it in morning is not good.Have a egg if you must have .
3.Donut and Pastry:
Habit of taking donut and pastry as breakfast in the morning, then try to avoid it.May be tasty but it is not good for health and fitness.It increase the sugar level in blood and makes sick.
.4.Pancake, Chocolate and Ice cream:
Taking pancake,chocolate and ice cream in early morning is bad habit.It also create a sugar level high. Having these time of food is better to avoid.
5.Burger:
In early morning eating breakfast with meat and heavy food is bad for health.Eating a plain burger is not harmful for health.If not it will create a side effect in health and fitness.
